GraftTrack help
Quick answers about tracking work hours, overtime, pay, mileage and your GraftTrack account.
Is GraftTrack free?
Yes. GraftTrack is currently free to use. If that changes in future, pricing and any affected features would be explained clearly before they apply.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start locally without an account. Creating an account is useful if you want supported GraftTrack data and settings to sync to your account.
How does GraftTrack calculate overtime?
You choose whether overtime is calculated using daily or weekly rules and can add multiple thresholds and multipliers. GraftTrack uses those settings with your logged shifts to estimate overtime hours and earnings.
Are the pay figures exact?
No. Earnings, take-home pay, tax, National Insurance and mileage reimbursement are estimates based on the information you enter. Your payslip from your employer is the official figure.
Can I track different sites, plant and vehicles?
Yes. GraftTrack supports multiple sites, plant/machines and vehicles so you can keep a clearer record of where you worked and what you used.
Can I track work mileage?
Yes. Log journeys, separate business and personal mileage, use postcode-to-postcode calculation, record a reimbursement rate and keep journey history.
What can I keep in Documents?
Documents can be used for items such as checksheets, machine-hour records, paper timesheets, vehicle checks and receipts. Signed-in cloud features depend on the relevant GraftTrack storage setup.
How do I change my pay or overtime settings?
Open GraftTrack, go to More and then Settings. You can update your pay rate, overtime rules, breaks, tax code, mileage rate and other work preferences.
